    Estimated delivery timelines range between 3–7 business days depending on delivery location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details for their orders.

    Levo shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, inaccurate shipping details provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our operational control.

    • Return & Refund Policy

    Customer satisfaction remains a priority at Levo. Products eligible for return or exchange must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories.

    Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Products showing signs of usage, physical damage after delivery, improper handling, or customized products may not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

    Where applicable, refunds will be processed after successful quality inspection of returned products. Processing timelines may vary depending on payment methods and banking institutions.

    • Cancellation Policy

    Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

    In situations where Levo cancels an order due to stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or unforeseen operational reasons, refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.

    • Warranty Policy

    Levo products are crafted using premium materials and quality workmanship. All products are covered under a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects only.

    The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, water exposure, accidental damage, scratches, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.

    Natural variations in leather texture, shade, grain, and appearance are characteristics of genuine leather and should not be considered manufacturing defects.
